We’re joined by Lauren and Cameron who head our sales team.    #### **Streamlining the Billing Process** Lauren explains the critical role Charge Review plays in the billing process: “Charge Review comes into play after the providers have entered their CPT and diagnosis codes into our system or after our AI adds those codes. The charges then cross over into Charge Review, which is typically used by the billers and coders within the organization. This is where clinical documentation and billing processes intersect to streamline the process and get the practice reimbursed as quickly as possible.” #### **The Charge Review Interface** Lauren gives us a tour of the Charge Review interface, showcasing its user-friendly features. "We are able to divide up the sites or specialties using our practice dropdown, which helps keep everything very organized. We provide various statuses or buckets to organize the charges based on the biller or coder workflow. Our queue-based review system offers an efficient reviewing process within Charge Review." One key feature is the patient demographic tab, where information from the ADT (Admit, Discharge, Transfer) feed pre-populates, allowing for quick and accurate review. The payer tab allows for insurance mapping, reducing billing errors related to insurance. #### **Efficiency and Accuracy** Cameron emphasizes the importance of efficiency: "The coders are able to see what the providers have entered, or if our AI has added codes, they can review and make any necessary adjustments. The medical documentation is loaded right into our system, so coders don't need to switch between different platforms." Lauren adds, “We've significantly increased the efficiency of the workflow for billers and coders. We've seen times reduced by half because everything is in one place. They can spend their time fulfilling other tasks.” #### **Feedback and Benefits** Lauren shares the positive feedback from customers: "We see a significant reduction in the workload for billers and coders, allowing them to take on other tasks. The decrease in billing errors is probably the most significant benefit. When there are fewer errors, there are fewer denied claims, and that leads to an increase in revenue." She also highlights the transparency and compliance benefits: "The transparency within MediMobile Charge Review, with the documentation and audit trails, provides peace of mind and ensures compliance with regulations." #### **Implementation and Customization** Cameron wraps up by discussing the implementation process: “For billers becoming customers with Medimobile, we offer one-on-one training, training videos, and documentation.
