"We are able to divide up the sites or specialties using our practice dropdown, which helps keep everything very organized. One key feature is the patient demographic tab, where information from the ADT (Admit, Discharge, Transfer) feed pre-populates, allowing for quick and accurate review. The payer tab allows for insurance mapping, reducing billing errors related to insurance.

Cameron emphasizes the importance of efficiency: "The coders are able to see what the providers have entered, or if our AI has added codes, they can review and make any necessary adjustments. The medical documentation is loaded right into our system, so coders don't need to switch between different platforms."
Lauren adds, “We've significantly increased the efficiency of the workflow for billers and coders. We've seen times reduced by half because everything is in one place. They can spend their time fulfilling other tasks.”
