Meet the MediMobile Team: A Conversation with Trenton, Our Senior Support Engineer

At MediMobile, our team is the heartbeat of everything we do. In this first edition of Meet the Team, we sat down with Trenton, to talk about what drives his work, what makes MediMobile stand out, and what his day-to-day looks like behind the scenes.

Q: When did you start working at MediMobile, and what drew you to the company?

Trenton: I started working at MediMobile in February of 2019, so it’s been a little over six years now. Prior to joining the company, I was managing automotive shops, but I reached a point in my career where I was looking for something new, something that would challenge me in different ways and allow me to grow both personally and professionally.

What drew me to MediMobile was the opportunity to be part of a dynamic, fast-paced environment within the healthcare technology space. I was excited by the idea of transitioning into a completely new industry where I could apply my problem-solving skills and operational experience in a fresh context. The company's mission, innovative approach, and strong culture made it a clear choice for me. Over the years, that decision has been incredibly rewarding, as I've had the chance to continually learn, take on new responsibilities, and contribute to meaningful projects that make a real difference.

Q: How would you describe MediMobile to someone who’s never heard of it?

Q: What do you see as the most valuable asset MediMobile provides to its clients?

Trenton: MediMobile’s most valuable asset lies in its ability to streamline and optimize the charge capture and billing process, ultimately saving providers time and improving overall efficiency. Key strengths include:

Q: What does your typical day at MediMobile look like?


Trenton:
 My role at MediMobile is quite unique and multifaceted. Primarily, I work closely with our Implementation and Account Management teams to configure new customer setups in the MediMobile platform. When a new client is onboarded, these teams communicate the specific needs and requirements, and I translate those into tailored solutions within our system to ensure a smooth and customized implementation.

In addition to onboarding, I collaborate with our Support team to troubleshoot and resolve customer issues, helping to identify root causes and implement lasting solutions. This cross-functional support ensures we maintain a high level of service and responsiveness.

Beyond these responsibilities, I also contribute to product design initiatives. Currently, I’m leading efforts with both the Support and Account Management teams to design a comprehensive, all-inclusive CRM. The goal is to streamline internal workflows and enhance the overall customer experience, positioning MediMobile to deliver best-in-class service across the industry.

Each day is dynamic and collaborative, allowing me to blend technical execution with strategic design, all in support of creating the best possible outcomes for our customers.

 

Q: What’s the coolest feature of MediMobile’s software, in your opinion?


Trenton:
 In my opinion, one of the most impressive features of MediMobile’s software is Genesis. It truly exemplifies how we are years ahead in the charge capture industry.

Genesis is a game changer, it reads clinical documentation and intelligently suggests CPT and ICD-10 codes based on the content of the document. This level of automation not only streamlines the charge capture process for providers, but also significantly accelerates reimbursements and reduces the risk of coding errors.

At MediMobile, we’re always pushing the envelope to find innovative ways to improve the charge capture experience. Genesis is a clear reflection of that mission, helping our customers achieve greater accuracy, efficiency, and financial performance.

Q: Anything you’re especially proud of from your time here so far?

Trenton: I would have to say I’m especially proud of the customer service I’ve provided and my ability to help find effective solutions for our customers’ needs. I’m also proud to have been part of the launch of Genesis and to have worked closely with the product design team to streamline tools and processes for our internal teams, so they can better serve our customers. It’s been incredibly rewarding to contribute both on the front lines and behind the scenes.
